A note to my soul sisters

I don’t know what I want to blog about today but I know I want to blog.  I like writing to connect to an unknown reader.  It’s exciting to think that my words could affect someone.  It’s also kind of weird.  Like I’m writing this on 9/27/2021 at 10:27 AM and someone could read this in 5 years and feel something from it.

And I totally get caught up in that…wanting to affect the world.  My dream is to empower women, I believe I was put here to do so.  The women who are unhappy with themselves and their lives.  Who feel like nothing they do is turning out for them.  Those women are my people, my soul sisters.

I want you to know how fucking loved and amazing you are.  I want you to know that you will be the one to guide you through this.  All of your answers lie within you.  And you may not know that, or believe it right now, and I want you to know you are supported in that too.

Life can really fucking suck sometimes.  You can be kicked and punched and thrown around like you’re lost at sea.  And you will survive, my love.  You’ve survived it all so far and you will continue to do so.

My hope for you is that you bloom and burst and open and break and shatter and meld yourself back together time and time again.  And in those breaking and shatterings, I hope you rebirth yourself again and again.

I hope that you start living for you.  For the you that wasn’t always seen and heard.  For the you who has been hurt and stomped all over.  For the you that made the mistakes, consciously and subconsciously.

I hope that you learn to love every fucking piece of yourself: the pieces you want to hide and the ones you love showing the world.  Every one of those versions is a version of you and they are all valid and worthy of love.  And if there’s resistance to that statement, love that version too.

You are whole and complete and worthy just as you are.  There isn’t anything or anyone that will fulfill you quite like you will and if you’re reading this, here’s your sign that it’s time to start digging into that.  Find your fulfillment in this moment and every moment moving forward and find it within yourself.

If there are blocks to that, dig into them.  Digging can be scary, terrifying but I promise you that you will never regret it.  On the other side of that scary and terrifying dig is the purest, most honest and loving version of you.

Do you know how I know all this?  Because I’ve lived it.  I’ve existed in some very dark places throughout my life.  I didn’t know the way out but I knew I needed one and the path was shown to me.  My path was in and I have a similar feeling yours is too.
